Adult Faith Formation

Adult faith is formed as we Gather, Connect, and Serve! Our goals are to build community, facilitate relationships, create a spirit of hospitality, and offer a wonderful menu of study and service opportunities designed for adults to connect with God and each other. We hope to have even more people engaged in small groups, on mission trips, and in service projects.

Take the MC100 Challenge!

Are you willing to spend a minute a day to transform your life?

In just a minute a day, you will be on your way to hearing God's word on a regular basis. It will make a significant difference in how you view your life mission.

By New Year's, you will have read over 100 scripture verses and been touched by God's word on a daily basis! Read the scripture verses on your own at a time of day you select, or read the scripture verses as a family or as a couple over dinner. Sign up to receive daily emails or log-on to our website for daily inspiration.

Go Deeper: Take the MC110 Challenge!

Add to your MC100 challenge by joining a small group for just 10 hours beginning in November. Discover inspiration and help for life in small group conversation. Each small group meets just five times (two hours per session) in homes or coffee shops. Watch for sign-ups in September.

Sunday Morning Discovery Hours

Mount Calvary will host engaging speakers on a number of topics on select Sunday mornings at 10:30am in Luther Hall. Grab a cup of coffee, a donut or a carrot, and join us for amazing conversation. Bring your friends or meet someone new.

Tuesday Night Topical Studies for Adults

Choose from a variety of multi-week studies on Tuesdays, 6:15-7:30pm. This men's & women's study will be led by Pastor Brenda & Pastor Doug, and guest speakers on occasion.

Weekly Bible Study Opportunities for Adults

Monday, 6:30-7:30am weekly, Men's Bible Study led by Pastor Orv.
Tuesday, 9:00-10:00am weekly, Women's Bible Study led by Pastor Dave.
Tuesday, 6:15-7:30pm weekly Men's & Women's Study led by Pastor Brenda & Pastor Doug, and guest speakers on occasion.
Thursday, 7:00-9:00pm weekly study called: A Year in the Bible, led by Trace James.
